Reinforced thermal insulation
on external walls as standard

All IRM models come with extra thick (5 cm) REINFORCED THERMAL INSULATION as standard.

This reinforced insulation is composed of a polystyrene insulating board + air space + aluminised reflective film

(limits heat loss from the electric convector in the winter, and reflects radiation from the sun outwards in the summer).

on doors and windows as standard
(low-emissivity double glazing)

Although glazed surfaces are highly appreciated for their light, they are unfortunately a source of heat in the summer sun and a source of heat loss in the winter. IRM outfits all of its holiday homes with low-emissivity double glazing as standard, providing you with the best solution the market has to offer.

Electric Convectors

Standard Range:
a convector in the lounge (additional convectors in the bedrooms and shower room are available as an option).

Comfort and Extra Comfort Ranges: a convector in all rooms, as standard.
