IRM installs as standard :
- Leading brand fridge-freezers, with low electricity consumption (Energy Class A: the lowest one).
- 40-watt electrical light bulbs (energy saving bulbs are optional).
- Reinforced thermal insulation in the flooring (40 mm of Mineral Wool) , in the wall (50 mm) and in the ceiling (120mm) and low-emissivity double glazing on all doors and windows: this reduced heat loss and electricity consumption of the convector.
Saving water
IRM installs as standard :
- A dual-flush toilet.
- Kitchen and bathroom mixer taps with built-in flow reducer.
- A shower head with built-in flow reducer.
Sustainable development
IRM holiday homes are more than 95% recyclable (removable cladding, stapled roof, water-based glue, etc.).
